Multi Berries collects onboarding information for legitimate employment, payroll, taxation, superannuation, work-right, safety and record-keeping purposes.

Restricted information

TFN and bank information is limited to authorised payroll staff. Health answers are limited to authorised HR staff. Identity documents are limited to authorised work-right reviewers. Workplace managers do not receive these protected details.

Storage and access

Drafts are encrypted, uploaded files are stored privately, downloads require authorisation, and protected access is audited. General exports exclude full TFN, bank accounts, health answers, passport files and private notes.
